Title: Buttons Grey-Out in Add-ons Menu Page

Upgraded from firmware 1.03 to 1.04 and the Add-ons menu page are all grey-out. Prior to upgrade, removed ADS add-on but left Bittorrent add-on still installed but in stopped state.

After upgrade, with all the fields and buttons grey-out, can't install any add-ons. Deleted the Bittorrent add-on, still all fields and buttons grey-out.

Bug:
The Add-ons menu page will be grey out after firmware upgrade if there are new HDD plugged in but not configured/setup, despite there is already another volume that exists in the NAS.

Resolution:
Configure/setup the unconfigured HDD and reboot/restart the NAS.
