Title: Sharport over VPN

I need to be able to use sharport over a vpn. DIR 655 Router on net 192.168.10.99 with billion router(192.168.10.178)  as wan connection and pc on another network 192.168.11.30 router 192.168.11.2.

How do I get the router to send the broadcast for sharport over the vpn and will the Pc be able to connect back to the router.

Hi,

If you get this to work you should be commended.  Shareport seems to work ok for a "local" network, I am skeptical is it will meet your VPN needs....

You may need something more sohpisticated, if I understood your needs properly, and I may not have.... but I "think" something like "LogMeIn - Hamachi" if I am remembering may be able to do what you need.  I tried it out a while back but it was too sophisticated for what I needed at that time....
