Title: Transmission Queue script
Post by: glight on June 07, 2010, 07:19:07 PM
I'm using Transmission (1.93 on ffp 0.5) for torrent downloads but I have discovered that it does not support queuing (ie it just tries to download all torrents you have added at once).

I did some googling and found a script here: http://www.4geeksfromnet.com/2010/02/how-to-queue-torrents-in-transmission.html

I realize that the above script is not written for the DNS323 so I edited the appropriate paths so it *should* be proper. Now, I know that I can get crontab to run this every 5 minutes (as instructed in the link), but is it OK to put this in root's crontab? Or is there a better way?

You might have more luck posting this in the right forum- I.e ffp or the package you refer to. D-Link doesn't support ffp.
