Title: web server setup problems.

I have at&t dsl modem -> then dlink 615 -> web server.  How do I get the server to be seen outside my network.  I tried to ping and access my server from sites to see but i get timeout errors. 

I have the dir-615 that is connected to the at&t modem setup as the dmz computer.  So all traffic goes to the 615.  I even have the ports setup in the 615 still nothing  Anyone got something else I can try?
