1.09 launched today and 1.10 is not ready. Since there is no active beta the forum is hidden until the next one opens up.

I found it here: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Multimedia/dns323/
The only change from v1.08 is the ctera backup stuff as per the readme.

But this one has been around since the first of the year. Are we ever going to see a NEW REAL firmware that addresses the mountain of complaints that 1.08 and 1.09 have.

One of these days D-Link will suprise us with a real release. Until then we can watch paint dry, grass grow, molasses pour, my grandma Ethyl get out of the chair and D-Link coming out with a NEW release.

its unfortunate when companies dont offer the support that their product require, and force their customers to waste their personal time on sub-par products and software.

Do you mean via the web interface? I've never had a problem connecting to the web interface of the DNS-323. Although I don't run torrent downloads. You could always purchase the content legally I suppose ;)
