I am using the DIR 825 to terminate a 6 in 4 tunnel from the tunnel broker Hurricane Electric (HE).
After a few attempts, the tunnel gets allocated and HE sends me the addressing info that I need to
configure the router. On the 'Advanced IPv6' page, I fill in the addressing parameters. So far so
good. My mac is then set up to do slac addressing. I note that I acquire and address. Now the
issue. I go to my favorite IPv6 site - let's say ipv6.google.com - and nothing. I don't connect.
Eventually I ping the v6 address on the router and life gets better. The tunnel sets up and I am
free to roam the v6 world. Has anyone suffered the same fate? Have I made a configuration
error? Is this a bug?
Cordially,
Frank

Can you please list out the HE addressing info -> IPv6 over IPv4 Tunnel page addressing fields?
I can't for the life of me get my DIR-825 to accept the addressing info I received from HE no matter how it's entered.
Thanks!

Nevermind, I found that when I restored the router to factory settings I was able to then setup the IPv6 tunnel with HE's tunnel details and connect. Must have been some bad settings when I did the 2.02->2.03 firmware update.
