Title: Re setup for DIR-655 for Nintendo DSi XL wireless
Post by: calibra on June 23, 2010, 11:56:24 AM
Re setup for DIR-655 for Nintendo DSi XL wireless.
A USB dongle can be purchased for wireless connection, but I understand that it `shares` the internet connection from a PC and is slow.
I see no reason why I can`t use my router directly.

I believe the DS uses WEP protection, which is not considered a high level of security.
CAn someone explain how I should set up my router and can I set it to work wireless with the DS ONLY and block All other wireless traffic, I only used wired connections for the rest of my home.
Many thanks

I believe that there is another posts here that you might be able to use as an example:

The original poster seem to have fixed their own DSi.
