				Hi,

I upgraded the Shareport software. After that Shareport don't seem to be able to see my USB drives. It says 'no device services was found'. The previous version I used this was not a problem, just plug and play :) The manual was not a lot of help for this problem.

I tried with the configurations described here with the firewall and add to the ip. But no change.

 This is what I have:
 Windows 7 64
 dir 825
 shareport v3 (used v1.15 before)

I have now gone back to the previous version but if there is a way to make the v3 work I would like to use it.

 Thanks!

				Any switches in between?

-
No nothing like that. I only use the dir825 :)

It is strange that the v1.15 works with no configuration but the v3 doesn't.
-
I have no issues on multiple PC's and x86/x64 OSes.

Have you checked your firewall? It needs a rule for Shareport.

I think there is some difference between US and EU firmware bacause Shareport v3.0 doesn`t work on my dir-825 with firmware 2.01EU rev.B2 (bought in Czech republic). SharePort v1.x works without problems

Dlink can you make it possible that we can use shareport v3 with eu firmware.

Looking at the low level of generic support Mac has had for ages in the computer (and router) world, what's the news here? Just get a mainstream OS  ;)
