I just got this router. I have a wireless printer and a Linksys wireless game adapter I use on one of my Dish receivers. I have to use WEP because of these devices and are both B devices. Using the D-Link on the broadcast on B and G, it drops the speed to the G devices to 11 mbs, the limit for B devices. Heck, it might be only broadcasting B for all I know. Under Status, it shows the G devices with 54 next to them and the B devices will 11. When I put it on broadcast G only, I get over double the throughput to the G devices, 22 mbits. HELP! I need my printer and internet access to my Dish receiver.

Called support and level 2 told me it was a known problem and update the firmware. The latest firmware worked, until a B client connected and then it dropped down to under 11. Looks like it doesn't simul broadcast b and g? On the phone with service now. The level 1 guy is making me go through everything I have already done and it took 10 minutes of me asking to go to level 2 to get transferred. Looks like I might be going back to Linksys, whose routers seem to only last under 2 years. I got a Buffalo router and that didn't work and needs to be shipped back. Too bad since on my wired PS3 I got DL speeds higher then I got on any other router. Sigh.
