Title: How to set WAN IP
Post by: zdhr on June 27, 2010, 10:52:21 PM
Hello,

I cannot find WAN settings to set static IP obtained from my ISP. Is this possible?

(as an access point mode connected to internet using ethernet cable to cable modem)

IF you have you DAP-1360 set as Access Point then:

1) If your ISP supplies an IP via DHCP  (Most likely)
Go into LAN settings and set it to Dynamic IP

2) If you have a static IP address from you ISP then
Go into LAN settings and set it to Static IP and add the address

IP Address :
Subnet Mask :
Gateway Address :

3) You probably also need to enable DHCP Server addresses (same setup page) for internal IP addresses for multiple devices attaching to the DAP-1360.
