Title: DFL-860 multiple ISP

Can I use DLINK DFL-860 for this scenario?

3 ISP connected to DLINK DFL-860
LAN Host requests
    HTTP (web) - will use ISP1
    Email          - will use ISP2
    VOIP          - will use ISP3

Is this possible?

Possible. Use alternative routing tables and PBR.
