Title: Connecting to DIR-330 on DSL from FIOS

I am having an issue with losing this VPN connection while still able to connect from other points on Road Runner or other DSL points. Internet access at the FIOS location is unaffected. Problems point to an issue with FIOS, but Verizon unable to locate. Has anyone else had issues like this?
