Title: Fix for Fast User Switching didn't work for me

I followed the instructions on the support page to go to "run" and restart the fast user switching but it still doesn't work.  I saw the post about a download from another site that fixed the problem but I don't like to download from sources I don't know.

Any thoughts as to why this isn't working for me?
