Title: Does 1.23 or any NA firmware have PPPoE Dual Access?

I'm from Ukraine and ocassionally have flashed NA firmware and can't revert.
My ISP provides IPTV and I can't watch it don't know why...

So, does 1.23 or any NA firmware have PPPoE Dual Access?
Or can I revert Russian firmware?

look at ftp.dlink.de voor reverted firmware.
