Where's our fix for this malware dlink intentionally included in their product?
-
1.34 was supposed to fix this. What version are you running?
-
It's a feature. The fact that you don't like it doesn't make it malware. That's why you can easily turn it off. If you are concerned about privacy issues you'd better worry about all the data you leave on the net yourself.

It's not a feature and it is Malware when you turn it off and it regularly hijacks the internet and sends you back to bsecure's site telling you to register your computer with the "service". Go to Google and search SecureSpot dir-655. Six of the top nine results (top level results on the first page) are talking about how it hijacks routers after being turned off.
-
I suggest you upgrade.
Firmware: 1.34NA
Date: 05/20/10
1. Fixed: Bsecure Issue.

Which makes it what it really is: A feature.
Calling a bug 'malware' is much like calling drizzle a natural disaster. ;)
