Title: DNS-321 "Firmware Upload Error!"

I cannot upload the latest firmware to my DNS-321. I also have a DNS-323. I know how to download the file, unzip the file  and find the bin file. I get an error "Firmware Upload Error!" Yes, I have downloaded the 1.03 multiple times. Talked to 5 different support people at dlink. The support is just terrible. My take is the box is either broken or there is a real fix for the problem. I have reset to default. I have pulled the AC. I have pulled the drives, same error.
Any thoughts?

After another marathon phone section D-Link is sending a replacement. The unit is defective it should be able upgrade and downgrade the firmware. For the price it is really a great little box. I am very happy with it.
