Title: How to configure Duplex in DIR600?
Post by: dencap on August 07, 2010, 01:38:34 PM
Hi all,
I have some questions;
1) How may I set up router for 100Mb FULL DUPLEX negotiation? I only could set Auto/negotiate or 10Mb or 100 Mb, but it always prefer to negotiate on HALF DUPLEX.
2) Is it possible to set up priority in some devices instead of the others? I mean that some Pcs be "faster" than the others.
3) Is it possible to access to the router configuration through the shell instead of web admin?

Goto Advanced-->Advanced Network-->WAN PORT SPEED
Make sure it says 10/100 auto.
That should give you full duplex, the other settings i think give you half duplex.

Goto Maintenance-->System Check
There you can see if your WAN port is in full duplex.
