DIR-655 hw version A2
1.34 NA Firmware
Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Broadcom 3314 (Wireless)
Realtek PCIe FE Family (Wired)
PC1: Windows XP SP3, Marvel Gigabit card (works perfectly)
PC2: Windows XP SP3, Trendnet Wireless N card (works perfectly)
XBox, PS3, and several kinds of Android phones all connect wirelessly with no problems as well.
I pulling my hair out here. Just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 and I cannot get it to connect to the internet with my DIR-655, wired or wireless. Both wired and wireless grab ips, everything looks correct in ipconfig, but no internet access. Wired I can browse my network and copy files, wireless I cannot. I know it's not the laptop because I can get online no problem if I connect it directly to my cable modem, or tether it to my phone. Once in every 10 or so reboots I can get online long enough to load 1 page and then it goes back to 'no internet'.
Things I have tried:
Static ips.
Disabling IPv6 on both adapters.
Several driver versions, which I doubt is the issue because its both adapters not just one with a wonky driver.
Resetting the DIR-655 to factory settings, with everything disabled.
Inputting googles ip directly to see if its a dns issue.
This has to be some kind of config issue specific to Windows 7, but I have no idea what it is. For the record, I'm a mainframe tech and set up fibre and gig connections all the time. I'm just not familiar with Windows 7.
Anyone have any suggestions on what else I should try?

Any MAC filtering active on the DIR?

Normally I do have MAC filtering enabled, but disabling it did nothing. As I said I've tried it with the 655 at factory settings, open wireless, no filtering, etc.
