Hi everyone,
(Excuse my bad english)
I'm tired of this... after each reboot of my DNS-323, the smb list (under network access) is empty and, of course, I'm unable to access my folders. I must recreate all the network access ???.
Can someone help me?
The firmware is 1.09
Thank you very much for any help!

The classic fix might work. Reset to factory defaults and manually reconfigure. If that doesn't do it, I'd consider the possibility that it's got a EEPROM hardware fault.

Well...
I'll try this (and cross my fingers)...
Thank you very much.

See my previous recommendation. When changing firmware versions, it's always a good idea to do a factory reset and reconfiguration.

i solve my problem !!!!!
its a web display problem: it doesn't work with firefox, it's working with chrome !!!
maybe they change the "list share" web page 1.07 to 1.08
one day for nothing !!!

I just bought my DNS-323 in May 2011 and it came with 1.09 and that is the latest firmware.
My Network Access SMB List also became empty after a reboot.
- I tried all sorts of browers IE, Chrome, Mozilla and it did not fix the problem.
- I factory reset and added users, then created a SMB access list; then it became empty again after reboot.
- I factory reset, then...
- I reinstalled the firmware and added users, then created a SMB access list; then it became empty again after reboot.
- I uploaded a config file (when it was working properly) that I saved a month back; it updates but the SMB access list is empty again.
Later, I called D-Link, they told me to update firmware once again and call back if not solved.
Anyone have any clue?
I just got it 3 months ago, but lost the receipt somewhere. Do you think D-Link will do anything about it?
thanks
