Title: Itunes Stuck at 14%

New installation.  The itunes server portion is "refreshing" and has been stuck at 14% for days.  I restarted it and it boots stuck at 14%.  I can't refresh because that option isn't given.  Any ideas?

Also, occasionally when I'm in the web gui the connection will be lost and I wont be able to access it til I manually restart the machine.  Again, any ideas?

I had this same issue when I first installed my DNS-321. In my case it ended up being a few songs that had garbage names ()*VG&)#(L:KFJ     etc...I removed/renamed them and refreshed and it went right through.
