Try the easysearch utility from the CD or search your device on UPnP.

Try these steps:
1) reset the device one more time for 10 seconds
2) power off and on the device
3) connect the device to a computer
4) assign static ip 192.168.0.12
5) ping the broadcast address
6) do arp -a

one last thing that you can try:
1) assign static ip on pc 169.254.10.10 (just in case the dns323 doesn't have a static ip anymore for some reason)
2) ping 169.254.255.255 -t
3) arp -a
4) check if your dns is still there

if it's not then there's a big chance that your dns is defective.
