Title: How to block Freegate and Ultrasurf using DFL-210
Post by: almamunbd on September 03, 2010, 04:29:28 AM
Hi,
We use a DFL-210 in our office for internet sharing, recently we have noticed that users are using freegate or Ultrasurf software to access blocked websites bypassing our dfl-210 firewall.

Can anyone tell us how to block freegate or ultrasurf using dfl-210 firewall?

Thanks in advance.

Mamun

I think, first you need to install such apps to your (test) PC and see by Wireshark - how it's working. As i understand, Ultrasurf updates list of proxies from website - block proxies, block update website. If you can, block HTTPS and all other ports.
I think, Freegate is simular.
