Title: Access control rules

I like to create a policy to control internet access and I don't understand the difference between Log Web Access Only and Block All Access. If I want to keep an access to a wireless printer and limit the access to internet, which one I should choose ?

Log web access makes an entry into the log of the web access.  Block all access will turn off Internet access.
