Title: DNS323 firefly wont open

I have just installed firefly on DNS323 everything installed fine no errors enable it on the add in page but when I go to the iTunes page and click Launch interface I get a Initializing firefly database please wait, I waited for 30min nothing comes up. Any ideas

It takes a long time to initialize.  When I first installed firefly, I had the same problem as you.  I had to go somewhere, and when I got back several hours later, it was working fine.

It all depends on the amount of data it has to process.

Turbo427, did U incorporate mod to FireFly so it works with iTunes 10?
