I recently bought a 655-Rev B.
I need to setup VPN passthrough but all documentation refers to ALG.
I checked older docs and screenshots and this was under "Advanced->Firewall Settings"
When I go to this page it ends after "DMZ Host", there is no ALG section.
How do I enable the passthroughs?

Spoke to dlink support.
They suggested re-flash the firmware with version 2.00NA from dlink support website
Did that- no change
I did save the config before re-flash.
Took a look at the file and there it is;
pptp_pass_through=1
ipsec_pass_through=1
l2tp_pass_through=1
pppoe_pass_through=0
So the setting are there, just the adv_dmz.asp page doesn't show the ALG section.
More examination of the config file shows a bug.
dhcpd_reservation=1
dhcpd_reserve_00=
dhcpd_reserve_01=
To me, this indicates there is 1 dhcp reservation but the actual details are not saved???
I had to enter the details again, so much for saving the config.
Does anyone know if there is a way to turn on logging of "helpful" info.
I turned on all log options in the hope to see the firewall blocking data/ports but no, nothing of use.
Well back to dlink support again tomorrow

Hi, I just bought the DIR-655 from Micro Center and was wondering the same thing. I wanted to see if there's any configuration needed to enable VPN pass through (I've used IPSec tunnel) on the 655. the manual refers to the ALG configuration screen, but i couldn't find on the 655 (i have HW version B1, firmware version 2.00NA).
So, based on user12345 finding, the pass through is already enabled by default?
Please help, as I am desperate to make this VPN work. it used to work :(
Thanks much in advance!

I don't see that the way you do. I see it as DHCP reservation is activated, but no reservations have been stored.
