Title: ITunes server (MAC) connection to DNS-321
Post by: Stardell on September 18, 2010, 12:19:23 PM
When accessing the DNS-321 from iTunes to setup up sharing I am not able to select the folder I created. It will not populate the field so I can close the pop-up box and have it mapped. The volume and folders are visible.
Any help would be appreciated. Are you supposed to install iTunes on the NAS?

you can either select the folder manually by "adding folder to itunes library..." in itunes, however, that is not the true itunes server feature...

make sure itunes server is enabled in dns-321

in itunes, select "advanced/open audio stream..." - and type in your dns-321 ip address

that's it
