Title: DLINK EBR-2310 Problem!

I've got the Dlink EBR-2310 and very often with it plugged in the internet will just die.  Completely stop working for about 3-4 minutes.  It's VERY annoying and does it more frequently on certain webpages.  Though this NEVER happens if the router is not plugged in.  Does anyone know why this happens??
