Title: Firmeware Update from 1.21EU to 1.23NA

Hi. I have just bought a DLink router DIR-855 with the firmware 1.21EU installed. My Question is what should I do to install the firmeware 1.23NA or WW because when I try to install it I have always the same error. (Router could not be reprogrammed). THX in advance to all who can help me.
