Title: DLink DIR-825 & AirLink AWLL6075 - no 300Mbps?

The AWLL6075 is 2.4Ghz.  Not getting the 300Mbps.  Only 150Mpbs.  Tried a couple of different drivers, a few different channels but still no luck.  Only 150.  Any ideas?
