Title: graphical auth code problem
Post by: stumped on October 08, 2010, 09:17:02 AM
Needed to change some settings today, and it seems I can no longer connect to my router. I did reset the thing, but there is still no way of getting the required "graphical authentication code", it just says "Wait a moment...". Hitting "Regenerate" doesn't appear to do anything at all. I'm running W7 Pro, and I've Tried IE, Opera, Firefox and Chrome. Anyone know how to solve?

hw v.: B1
firmware v.: 2.01

Ok, I dusted off an old laptop I had lying around and connected it to the router, and the captcha/graphical authentication code showed right away. Both machines are updated win7 boxes and I've no idea why one works and the other doesn't, but at least my problem is solved now...
