Title: One possible solution to wired and wireless dropouts

I searched the forum and couldn't find anything about this so I decided to share it.  I'm running Vista.  On the computer that is having dropouts go to the device manager and view the properties of the network adapter.  Under the power management tab uncheck the box that allows windows to power down the device to save power.
