Title: DCS-3420 video viewing problem

Hello All,

I recently setup a DCS-3420. I think i installed everything correctly. however i not able to view any video. I can take a snapshot, but no video. When i login to the camera it tells me "0 user(s) on line. I have set all the ports as instructed.

MPEG4 Plugin problem....anyone reading this?. My IE8 will not allow for plugin installation b4 it crash...I have a notebook with IE6 that works after installation. ANyone know if there a way to prevent IE8 from crashing b4 it can be install? or know where i can download the needed plugin?

Are you using a 64-bit Windows? Try the 32-bit IE8 to see if that one does work... Just my $0.02

I have just loaded IE 10 and black screen on cam but snapshot do work.... any one that can help.
