Title: Open ftp ports!

I'm trying to open ftp ports for our internal network, we are using DFL-210 and we can ftp fine but we cannot download/upload, and i tried to ftp from another network and it was working fine with no issues, and i was able to download/upload.

what is the best way to open ftp ports so internal users can ftp outside and can download/upload ?

i was using ftp-passthrough-av.. and antivirus was restricting the ftp access for users.. its fixed now.
