Title: Reset button doesn't seem to reset.

I'm battling with this unit to try and connect with a WNDR3700. I've used the reset button but I'm sure it's not going back to factory settings. Prevents me from being able to log intothe unit to adjust settings.

Any ideas?

I just had the same problem.  I bought a used 1522 which had a password that I didn't know.  I used a pen to push the reset button.  I really thought that it "clicked" but no reset happened.  I then used a bent paper clip and held it down for a few seconds.  This worked.  My guess is that the button is just quirky.  Try again (maybe a few times)
