Title: DNS-323 Transformer
Post by: enigmab17 on November 14, 2010, 04:18:23 PM
Hi All

Just wondering if DLink (or anyone else for that matter) can advise me where I can get a replacement psu for my 323.

I have tried about 30 different plug cables connecting the transformer to a socket, and no green light ever comes on, so I assume the DNS-323 won't turn on as the transformer is non functional.

Any assistance would be great

All the best

Well, I'm sure D-Link can tell you!

How old is your NAS?  If it is still under warranty contact D-Link.  Alternatively, are you sure it is the transformer?  There is always Ebay.

The D-Link site contains a page in the support section for "Purchasing Spare Parts".  There's an email form with a drop down list for the model number.  See the "PURCHASING SPARE PARTS" link on this page:

Hi All

Thanks for the replies...i'd say its about 2 years old, so i would imagine its out of warranty at this stage. The transformer use to work, tried about 50 different power cables and the light on the transformer refuses to illuminate...very odd must have gotten damaged when I moved house.

anyway, found a spare one on ebay for about 10 euro so i have ordered that hopefully it shall return my DNS-323 to functionality.
