Hi,
i'd like to know if it's possible to get previews (thumbnails) for my pictures and videos while browsing from my laptop or main computer.
When i list the files as thumbnails, all i see is the WMP icon or the folder icon).
Thank you

There is usually a small delay while the file is read and a preview generated. You might want to check your Windows configuration if you never see previews.
In Windows Vista/7:
Click the Organize button on any folder, and choose Folder and Search Options from the menu.
Click the View tab, and then un-check the Always show icons, never thumbnails checkbox.
Click OK

Hi,
that's not the problem. If i move the folder on my laptop, i can see the previews just fine. Maybe it's not related to my Dns-323 but to every files i access from a network drive.
Thanks

It doesn't sound like the DNS-323 is at fault here. Have you another computer you can test it from?

It definitely has nothing to do with the DNS323, it is entirely a Windows issue and how it is configured to handle networked material.
