I was having problems with an IP address conflict error on my laptop, so I was told here to reserve the IP addresses for both my laptop (wireless) and my desktop (wired), working from the DIR-655. The desktop can still connect, but the laptop cannot. I have done this twice--reserve teh addresses, reboot the router, reboot computer, and no connection. I reset the router to factory conditions, then did it again--and still no connection.
What should I do? Should I just accept that the laptop IP cannot be reserved, and only have the DIR-655 reserve the desktop IP? Is there anythign else I can do?
