Title: Secure Connection Problems
Post by: Newport_j on November 27, 2010, 11:08:15 AM
I am confused about one thing. I can sign on by my wireless D-Link 615 router. I have two connection choices. I can use the default and get immediate sign on and can reach all websites,Yahoo, Google, Bing. etc.

However, nothing is secure. It warns you right away that is is the case, but all websites are available.

I have set up a network using secure keys and code. It can also sign on to this when I boot up the computer. It even gives a % signal strength when I put my cursor on the wireless connection icon.

But, it will not allow any web surfing. When I click on Google Chrome, the first message that I get is that the server is unavailable.

What is going on. I know that the server is available because it is there when I use the default log on.

Would it help to post the connection information for both cases.
