Title: Lost FTP after latest update.

Can someone help me reconfigure my FTP?

You haven't provided much to go on here, but did you reset the box to factory defaults and reconfigure from scratch? This sorts out many issues, especially after a firmware upgrade.

I will say I loaded some of those ad-on's and then deleted them from the configuration screen.

I have a DIR-655 router and it's set for virtual servers DNS public port private 21 protocol 6 and the address of the DNS-323.

I don't want to reset and loose my data. I'm running 2.... 1 tara's Raid1

You should not loose any of your data.  You probably just need to re-configure your FTP.  Did you reset to factory defaults as was suggested by jamieburchell?  This is the first thing you should do.

If I reset to factory defaults will I loose my data. I'm running 2 one gig drives?

Resetting to factory defaults should not erase your data.

So just push the reset button while drives are in and my data on the drives will not be effected?

You can do it from the Admin Web Interface.
