Title: Shareport printer issues

I have 3 identical Lenovo T61 laptops that connect beautifully to the HP1320 on the DIR-825 Shareport.  I have a fourth same laptop that will not connect to the printer.  I loaded the newer Shareport 3.0 and the printer is available , but it will never connect.  When I try to configure the software for auto connect, the software displays it is connecting to the HP1320 please wait, but never connects, and then it displays checking if the device driver is installed and does nothing else.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am able to  disconnect the USB cable from the router and connect straight to the laptop and can print just fine.  Any help, any ideas??

I have also turned off firewall and anti-virus software, and still no change.  There has to be a computer setting I am missing?!?!  Any help or ideas would appreciated.

I'm sure it is not a shareport issue because of the other 10 systems that work fine.  I set up all the other systems just fine with no issues.  There must be a computer setting somewhere I am missing.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled shareport many times.  Let me know if you have any ideas.

What operating systems are you running on those laptops?

For example if those working ones are running 32bit XP and that one laptop is running Vista 64bit then the problem may lie in there. I recommend that you doublecheck that the drivers are for the correct windows version.

All the systems are running XP Pro 32bit.  These are setup the same from our corporate office, and all the others are working fine.  I know I am just missing something simple.

Any Ideas??  I have the DIR-825 rev B and firmware 2.02NA.  I have tried both Shareport version 3 and also the SX Virtual link version 3.6.  I have tried older versions of Shareport also.  I loaded the latest driver for the HP 1320.  On the systems that worked I would get the windows pop up that says there is new hardware and everything works great.  On the only system that won't work it never gets to that point, Shareport gets stuck trying to connect.  Please, any ideas??

Is the PC that isn't working further away from the router? What other differences might there be.
