- Click on GO and open the applications folder

- Click on UTILITIES and select PRINTER SETUP utility

- You may see this window that says PRINTER LIST
Click on the ADD icon, this will open a drop down menu

- Select IP PRINTING:

- From the PRINTER TYPE drop down menu select LPD/LPR
- Type in the IP ADDRESS of your print server
- Type in the LPR QUEUE name located on your print server!

- Select GENERIC from the Printer Model drop down and click on the ADD button
