I have an N800 tablet that works in 802.11g. It connects fine to my old DGL4300 in g mode.
It connects fine to my DGL4500 in 11b/11g/11b+g but not if it is set for n+g or n+b+g
I have the A1 hardware and 1.02 firmware.
I use WPA2.
I hear this is a common problem with n routers.
Any possibility of a firmware fix for this?
Any N800 hackers out there that can make a debian package for my device to fix the issue?

I have a NEC tablet, I took the wireless card of a DIR-635 and installed it in my tablet to fix that very same problem, plus now my tablet was 802.11N compatible.
