I have the DCS-1130 camera up and running and a mydlink account established. Under "Settings" <http://xxxxxxxx.www.mydlink.com/?settings> there is a sub-menu "Maintenance" and a panel "Admin". Under "Add User Account" I can create a new user name/password and it shows in the drop-down menu "User List". Nowhere in the documentation or on the Web site or this forum can I find any explanation how to tell the new user, outside of my network, how to access the live feed. I called Tech Support but the suggestion of http://my-external-network-ip-address:80 doesn't work. Verizon kicks out the browser page as <no connection>. Can someone point me in the right direction on getting the other users' piece? Thanks, and Merry Christmas or Seasons Greetings as may be applicable.

You would have to port forward properly in your router to your camera to be able to access it externally.
Ex: Port forward port 80 in your router to the IP address of your camera (192.168.x.x)
Then, you could access it via http://External.IP.Address:80
You could log in via your user accounts.

Tarv, obviously I haven't logged in for a while. Thanks for the response. My first attempt at port forwarding didn't work. I'm getting a prompt for the administrator name and password upon entering the external-IP:80 address. I have to go back and read the how-to's. It's not something I do every year. ;D
And (as an aside) since posting the question, I finally have the Android dLink Lite app running on my Viewsonic gTablet.
Thanks,
Tom
