Title: FireFTP - Cannot FTP files bigger than 2G
Post by: drchipster on December 28, 2010, 07:59:15 PM
I downloaded FireFTP plug-in.  It's very easy to set-up and works like a charm, except that it cannot upload (from my desktop to DNS-321) files bigger than 2G.  I cannot find any configurable option.  Is this a known limitation?  Almost all Blu-ray MKV movie files are bigger than 2G.
Thanks,

I'm not sure where the limitation is taking affect here, but based on a quick google search my betting is FireFTP.

FireFTP works great....until you want to upload something more then 2GB. Then it just pukes out a error saying the transfer failed and to try again

Ive had nothing but GRIEF for Large files over a GB in size! Im using Windows 7 with Firefox 3.6.10.

Try FileZilla instead.
