So I successfully tested this settings with a specific site on my LAN IP (my computer), I then wanted to apply this to my daughter's laptop. But now, for some reason, when I try to setup a Policy, when I click on Computer Name and a list of the IPs on the LAN suppose to show up, nothing happens....there is no list. There are at least two IPs on the LAN. Why is it?

Might be you need to set up reserved IPs in the LAN Setup area.... MACs dont change (in general) but DHCP IP can change after each router reboot....or PC reboot I suppose if all the LAN PC's are starting from Off....

The IPs did not change. And even if the did, clicking the down-arrow next to 'computer name' should pull down a list of connected computers, regardless of the IP, should it not?

DHCP IP address can change but can usually be re-assigned to the same MAC address that each network adapter has in "them." Consider using DHCP Reseveration so as to "garranty" the same IP address constantly assigned

Maybe I am not making myself clear.
I am not concerned about which IP address each device gets, I don't care about that.
When you are setting up Access Control, you need to click the Computer Name (at some point of the process) in order to choose which computer in your network this "policy" applies to.
The problem is that now when I click Computer Name I am not getting a list of IPs...I am not getting anything, like there are no computers on the network, so I cannot choose an IP thus I cannot complete the setup.

maybe you might need to do a reset of the 655 using the reset button on back.... you should be seeing the list of available devices when you create the Access policies..... I know I do on mine....
-
Correct, I saw them earlier, and now I do not.
Will Reset wipe everything I currently have?

The reset button will wipe all settings that you have made.
