Stats:
Wireless network adaptor: D-link DWA-547 RangeBooster N650
Dlink DIR-825 Wireless router.
Firmware: 2.01EU
Hardware version: B1
Internet line: Fiber 30Mbit/30Mbit by SEAS-NVE/WAOO
Running: 300Mbit 11n network on the wirelesspart.
Signal strength: 88-95%
Range: 2 meters through 1 wall at 80 degrees.
Problem: When testing upload and download I get 11mbit download and 30Mbit upload.
What has been done:
everything exept reflash bios on router.
Put a cable between router and pc result : 30/30 internet
Disabled QoS and it gave a negative result.
tweaked Wan traffic shaping to: 25000kbps,30000kbps,35000kbps,45000kbps,60000kbps (manually setting up gives better download, but not full download)
All ports forwarded
Firewall disabled
and so on and so on... i did EVERYTHING.
what is wrong with the settings in the router? I have ruled out everything else. So i have no clue to what I should do next.. please help me.

Found out that the problem was a hardware/driver problem with the D-link DWA-547 RangeBooster N650.
went back to the store and exchanged both router and adaptor to linksys hardware insted.
I dont think its D-links problem since the "D-link DWA-547 RangeBooster N650" is not Windows 7 compatible. And i run win 7 64bit, so that might be a big problem.
I changed the wireless network speed to 154mbit insted, and that helped alot with the speed.
could do 24/35Mbit, but would not be 100% stable.
