Title: DIR-615 Problem w/ EQ II Voice Chat

I'm having major problems with Voice Chat not working in Everquest II.  It definitely has something to do with the settings of my DIR-615 (Firmware Ver. 3.11).  I've tried everything and I can't seem to get it working.  Anyone else have the same problem?  Anyone know of a solution?

Is eQ2 a PC game?
What is your ISP service? DSL or cable?
How are you connected the router? Wired or wireless?
