Title: Router log entry "[Info] Allowed configuration authentication by..." ???

This router log entry precedes a Citrix application network loss failure, every hour or two.  IE running outside the Citrix app continues running and the Citrix app does not.  The IP logged for this router message is that of the laptop that has the issue.

Any idea what causes the message, "[Info] Allowed configuration authentication by... "
