Title: DFL-Configuration Issue

Dear Forum Members,

First of all i want to thank you all for the support in advance !!!

I have recently buy a DFL 800 and in using lease line with static IP on WAN_1 and add one allow rule of NATTING to allow access internet and web browsing . but i am only able to get on line on my skype messenger but not on websites. I am able to ping ISP DNS server.


Internet -->  ISP Router --> DFL 800 --> Switch --> LAN Computer

you need to dns service to resolve.
be sure that dns rule is configured on the DFL
be sure that if you do not set dfl as dhcp server, to have configure the dns settings on the NIC.
If DFL is set as dhcp server be sure to have configured proper isp dns server or valid dns servers if you do not configured any dns relay on ip rules.
