Title: How can i find which user is using all the bandwidth?
Post by: almamunbd on January 12, 2011, 02:20:00 AM
Hi,
I have one DFL-210 firewall router in my office where 30 people is sharing internet using it.
Sometimes the bandwidth uses is too high, because some has given big downloads. I need to find out who is doing this.

Can anybody tell me how can i find the host that is eating my whole bandwidth?

also, how can we use ALG in https traffic? i need to block site with https enabled.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, i've been testing this software (30 days trial) for the same pb : FIREWALLANALYZER for adventnet
pretty interesting.

Other solution is to use trafic shaping feature with Enable dynamic balancing of groups. this way the bandwidth will be equaly shared.
ALG in https is not supported yet
